Cooperation of Ghazal Oxin Mehregan with Tehran University

Concerning the issues and drawbacks in the food production, formulation and development of technical knowledge to produce novel products which are alongside the Ghazal Oxin Mehregan Co. (Hashtgerd, Iran) activities, and also exploiting the capacity of high-ranked Iran Universities, a cooperation was contracted between the agriculture and natural resources of Tehran University (Food Science and Technology group).

The issues considered in the cooperation are as below:

• Evaluating the issues and problems in the production, formulation, and generation of technical knowledge to develop novel products
• The short term, middle term, and log term projects were defined between the Food Science and Technology group and Ghazal Oxin Mehregan Co.
• An office was provided in the Tehran University site located in the Food Science and Technology group
